New Firearm Sales

Looking for your next firearm? Kulak Arms offers new firearm sales and can help you find an option that fits your needs.

Purchases made directly through Kulak Arms are not subject to a separate transfer fee.

A $16.00 non-refundable NICS/background-check fee applies to applicable firearm purchases.

New Jersey residents are subject to applicable sales tax, currently 6.625%.

All firearm transactions are conducted in strict compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Firearm Consignment

Turn an Unused Firearm Into Value

Have a firearm you'd like to sell? Kulak Arms offers firearm consignment services for used or recently acquired firearms.

We can assist with:

• Determining a fair market value

• Establishing a selling price

• Advertising the firearm through our available sales channels

• Facilitating the sale in accordance with applicable requirements

Once your firearm sells, you receive the proceeds less the applicable consignment fee.

Family Firearms & Estates

If you've experienced a loss in your family and need assistance legally handling or selling firearms that were left behind, Kulak Arms can help you understand the consignment process.

Consignment Returns

If you decide that you no longer wish to consign your firearm and would like it returned, all firearm returns and transfers must comply with applicable federal and New Jersey laws and regulations.

Firearm Transfers

Purchased Somewhere Else?

Kulak Arms can facilitate transfers for firearms purchased from another dealer or source, subject to all applicable federal and state requirements.

Person-to-person firearm transfers must be completed in person and in accordance with applicable law.

Standard Transfer — Includes NICS$75.00

Additional Firearm $20.00 each

Shipped Firearm Transfer $50.00 per firearm + applicable shipping costs

***First Responders & Military — Active or Retired: Special rates may be available with valid identification

 

Shipped Firearms: Having a Firearm Sent to Kulak Arms?

• All shipped firearms must originate from a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

• When purchasing from an online firearms dealer, select Kulak Arms as your receiving FFL during checkout, where available.

• Once your firearm arrives and has been processed, Kulak Arms will notify you when it is ready for the required paperwork and transfer.

• Important: Please do not come to the shop for transfer paperwork until you have been notified that your firearm is ready.

Transfer Policies

Please Read Before Ordering

To help ensure a smooth transfer process, please review these policies before placing an online order:

• We do not transfer semi-automatic shotguns equipped with pistol grips.

• Maximum of three firearms per transaction.

• All transfers are subject to applicable federal and New Jersey laws and regulations.

• Firearms transferred through Kulak Arms are not covered by a Kulak Arms warranty.

Purchasing Directly From Kulak Arms

There is no transfer fee when purchasing a firearm directly from Kulak Arms.

Ammunition: Ammunition for Your Firearms

Kulak Arms provides ammunition sales, including options for customers looking to purchase ammunition in bulk. Whether you're looking for individual quantities or larger-volume purchases, contact the shop for current availability and pricing.
