Transfer Policy
1. We do not charge a transfer fee when buying a gun from us.
2. There is a $16.00 Non-Refundable back round check fee (NICS) with a complete purchase of any firearm.
3. There is NO warranty on transferred guns.
4. New Jersey residents are subject to 6.625% sales tax.
5. All transactions are in strict compliance with federal and state laws !!!!
